Istanbul lies in an earthquake zone. Renewing an old, inadequate building protects the people who live in it first, and the value of the property second.
In transformation, half the job is construction and the other half is talking straight with the owners. We make our offer in writing, and the unit distribution, handover date and technical specification go into the contract.

How does the urban transformation process begin?
First a firm licensed by the Urban Transformation Directorate determines whether the building is at risk. If it is, the owners meet, decide by a simple majority of land shares and choose a suitable model.
