From survey to turnkey handover.
Survey and ground
We study the plot, the ground and the zoning, and work out feasibility.
Design and architecture
We complete the architectural, structural and construction drawings and settle the materials and facade.
Construction and inspection
We run the site to programme, check quality and report regularly.
Handover and after
We finish the shared areas, check the building from top to bottom and hand it over. We give support afterwards too.

Özyalçın İnşaat was founded in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, in 1972 and is now a third-generation family company. Our office is in Beylikdüzü, and we work across Istanbul on homes, commercial buildings, contracting and urban transformation.
