B-01Contracting
Contracting means making a promise and keeping it.
We take on turnkey construction for public and private clients, and run each job to the technical specification, the programme and the budget.
B-02Scope

In contracting the yardsticks are plain: time, specification, budget. While we build, we report to the client regularly and keep the site open to inspection.
The Forensic Medicine Staff Housing, 42 flats we completed in 1980, was a public-sector job. The Beylikdüzü Municipality Nursery is now at planning stage.
