Our urban transformation guide and blog articles are written for general information.

They are not legal, financial, tax or technical advice. They do not replace the opinion of a lawyer, accountant, engineer or architect on your own case.

2. Legislation and currency

Our articles refer to Turkish Laws No. 6306 and No. 7471 and the related regulations. Legislation, administrative practice and court decisions may change.

Every article and the guide carry a publication or update date. The content reflects the position on that date. We do not undertake to reflect each later change on the same day.

Before you act, confirm the information with the Official Gazette, mevzuat.gov.tr, the relevant ministry or municipality, and a professional.

3. Matters specific to your case

The site describes general rules. The outcome differs for every building, plot and owner. For example:

• Only the assessment of a licensed institution and the authority's approval decide whether a building is a risky structure.
• The flat-for-land sharing ratio depends on the plot's zoning and location, on cost and on negotiation. We promise no fixed ratio on the site.
• The amount, duration and conditions of rent assistance and loan support are set by the authority and assessed case by case.

4. Project details and images

The year, construction area, number of flats and use shown on project pages are for presentation. Figures may be approximate. In ongoing and planned projects, design, quantities, materials and timetable may change because of the permit process, administrative decisions or technical requirements.

Some images are computer-generated design visuals (renders). Some are photographs enhanced with artificial intelligence and some are illustrative. They may not show the finished building exactly.

No information or image on the site is a sales commitment, an offer or a binding pre-contractual promise. Only the written contract we sign with you, and its annexes, binds us.

5. Company figures

Figures on the home page and the About Us page, such as “245 projects in total”, “155,000 m² of completed construction area” and “54+ years”, are company statements based on our own records. No independent body has audited them. They may be rounded.

6. External links and third-party content

Our guide and articles link to the websites of official bodies. We do not control the content or availability of those sites. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Operation of the site

We take care to keep the site accurate and available. Even so, we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption, without error or identically on every device.

8. Limit of our liability

Applying the general information on the site to your own situation is your decision. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for losses from steps you take in reliance on it without confirming it with an official source or a professional.

This limitation has its own limit. Under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations (Law No. 6098), our liability for intent and gross negligence cannot be excluded in advance. This page neither excludes nor narrows that liability.

9. Intellectual property and use of content

The texts, photographs, design visuals, drawings, videos and logo on the site belong to us or to their rights holders. They are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation.
