Every residential project starts with a ground survey. The condition of the ground, the shape of the plot and the buildings around it drive every decision, from the structural system to the facade material.

What are the stages of building homes in Istanbul?
First comes a look at the plot and its zoning, and a ground survey. Then the architectural and structural drawings, then the building permit. When the building is finished, the occupancy permit is issued and the flats are handed over. We handle design and construction together.
Do you build flat-for-land projects?
