We were founded in Küçükçekmece in 1972. Today the third generation carries on the work from our Beylikdüzü office: homes, commercial buildings, contracting and urban transformation.

We take on the whole job, from architectural design to the building site.
We spent our early years building staff housing and apartment blocks in Küçükçekmece. The oldest job shown on this site is the 42-flat Forensic Medicine Staff Housing, completed in 1980.
After 2011 most of our work moved to Beylikdüzü, where we completed Altıntaş Mansions, Hanzade Apartment and Yalçın Apartment. We also put up commercial buildings in Esenyurt and Halkalı.
Today we work in five fields: homes, commercial buildings, turnkey contracting, urban transformation, and architecture and interiors. The method is the same in each: we start with a ground survey, design to its findings and keep to a written timetable.

Founded in Küçükçekmece.

Staff housing and apartment blocks in Küçükçekmece: Forensic Medicine Staff Housing, Celal Yalçın, Nasifoğlu, Avar – Eren, Çapar and others.
