Personal Data Protection and Cookie Policy
This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), which of your personal data is processed when you use this website, why, and what rights you have. The site has no accounts, orders, payments or newsletters; personal data is processed only through the contact form and cookies.

2. Data processed, purposes and legal bases
Personal data is processed on this site in only two situations: when you fill in the contact or quotation form, and when you allow analytics cookies. The required form fields are full name, telephone, subject and message; company and email are optional.

3. How data is collected
Data is collected through the contact form you fill in voluntarily (an automated method) and through analytics cookies placed in your browser.
Ticking the box on the contact form shows that you have read this notice; it is not explicit consent. Form data is needed to answer your request, so it relies on the legal bases above rather than on explicit consent. You do not have to provide it, but if the required fields are empty we cannot reply. Analytics cookies, by contrast, are used only with your explicit consent, and no analytics data is collected without it.
4. Sharing and transfers
Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is passed on only to the following groups of recipients:
Hosting provider: the site and the form endpoint run on its servers, and the form email is sent through its infrastructure. It processes data on our behalf and on our instructions.
Email service provider: the form message reaches info@ozyalcininsaat.com by email. The site has no database, and the message is not recorded anywhere else.
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (only if you allow analytics cookies): Google Analytics 4 data is processed by Google and may be held on servers outside Türkiye. This transfer begins when you give analytics consent in the cookie settings and is made under the conditions set by KVKK Art. 9 and the related regulation. If you do not consent, nothing is transferred abroad.
Competent public authorities: only where a legal obligation requires it.
5. Retention periods and security
Your data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Please note: the site has no database. Form data exists only in the info@ozyalcininsaat.com mailbox, so the retention period depends on when the message is deleted from that mailbox.
Form data (name, telephone, email, company, subject, message): kept for [PERIOD] after your request has been concluded, then deleted.
Pseudonymised IP-derived counter: kept on the server for at most 1 hour to prevent misuse, then removed automatically.
Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for [PERIOD]. The lifetimes of the cookies themselves are in the table in the cookies section below.
Your browser-storage preferences (theme and cookie choice): kept on your device and not sent to us; removed when you clear your browser data.
To protect your data we take reasonable technical and organisational measures under KVKK Art. 12: the connection is encrypted with HTTPS, the form endpoint is protected against misuse, and access to the mailbox is limited to authorised people.
6. Your rights and how to apply
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to:
Learn whether your data is processed and request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected; ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under KVKK Art. 7; ask for corrections and deletions to be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer loss because the data was processed unlawfully.
You can apply with a signed written petition identifying yourself, delivered by hand or through a notary to the address above, or by the other methods set out in the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller (registered electronic mail, secure electronic signature, or an email sent to info@ozyalcininsaat.com from the address registered with us). We conclude applications as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. If the process incurs a cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
If your application is refused, you find the reply insufficient or no reply is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the reply and in any case within sixty days of the date of your application.
7. Cookies
This site does not set any cookies of its own. Only two preferences are kept in your browser's storage: the theme (light or dark) and your cookie choice. They are necessary for the site to work and are not used to identify you.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. Analytics loads only if you allow it. If you do not, Google Analytics is never loaded and no cookie is set. We use no advertising, remarketing or social media plug-in cookies. Google Search Console does not use cookies.
How to change your choice: use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page to change or withdraw your choice at any time. When you withdraw analytics consent, no new data is collected. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Changes
